Gratitude

I've been guided to talk about gratitude today. So often, we as humans, get so wrapped up in our wants that we forget to be grateful for what we have. A heart filled with gratitude always attracts more abundance than one that always aches for more.

Funny, my mother has been around lately, and I hear her words now saying you can shit in one hand and wish in the other. At the time, I wasn't quite sure what that meant other than it was her way of telling me no. Now, I recognize it as an ongoing message that wishing has to be turned into action in order for it to happen. Just like manifestation needs action.

I regress...we were talking about gratitude, right? When was the last time you sat down and took inventory on all the things you are grateful for? I know I haven't been very good at that. But seriously, when you do that, you realize that your life is a hell of a lot richer than you thought it was. Being rich with blessings is worth so much more than being rich with money.

I think I mentioned in an earlier post, but I'm going to talk about it again. Last summer while I was in Deadwood, SD I got a reading from a street clairvoyant. She had no idea what was going on in my mind, but I was seriously thinking about retiring from my 35-year career. She looked at me and told me...and I'm paraphrasing here...that I was making the right decision and that I needed to remember that I have everything I need. She said that she got the message from one of my guides. Powerful words...powerful message. I have everything I need. And I'm grateful that I do.

Gratitude. The official definition is "the quality of being thankful". Quality. It's a quality each of us should strive to have. Because the more we are grateful, the more we will have. Think about it.

That's what spirit has brought forth for me to discuss today. In general. A message for whomever might read this blog post. If you would like your own personal message from spirit, you can reach out to me at teresakeefer@hotmail.com to schedule a time. I do phone, Facebook live, Zoom and in person. I look forward to working with you! Many blessings for this holiday season which is upon us!
